Questionsand answers

What the journal does, what it costs, who can see your trades and how to bring your history over from Notion.

What this is

What is StatsAI?

StatsAI is a browser-based trading journal with an agent in Telegram. You log trades, and the journal shows what actually earns and what loses: by setup, instrument, session, entry model and emotion. Every number is computed by code, and the journal gives no advice and no signals.

How is StatsAI better than a Notion journal or a spreadsheet?

In Notion and in a spreadsheet you assemble and calculate the journal yourself. Here the statistics, field combinations and trading-system checks are ready from the start, and a trade can be logged with one message to the bot. The economic calendar and risk calculator are built in, instead of living on other sites. There is a full comparison on its own page.

Is this signals or a course?

No. StatsAI gives no signals, predicts nothing and doesn't teach trading. It is a record-keeping tool: it calculates what you logged yourself.

Will it fit my trading style?

London, NY and Frankfurt sessions, bias, entry models, setups, continuation and reversal are already in the trade form — the fields follow ICT and Smart Money practice. Prop accounts are tracked alongside your personal account.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The journal runs in the browser on desktop and phone, and the agent lives in Telegram.

What languages does it support?

English, Ukrainian and Russian. You switch the language in settings, and the Telegram agent replies in the same language.

Money and limits

What does it cost?

Free: 20 trades, plus 20 backtest runs on a separate counter, 3 journal imports in the first 30 days and 15 assistant requests a month. Subscription: 11.99 EUR monthly, 27.99 EUR quarterly, 99.99 EUR yearly.

What happens after the free 20 trades?

Everything you logged stays in place and shows in analytics — nothing is deleted or locked. Only new records and new assistant requests stop, until you subscribe.

What does the subscription unlock?

Unlimited trades and backtests, extended assistant access and auto-sync with Notion. Every section of the journal is open on any plan — the subscription removes limits rather than unlocking features.

How do I cancel, and are refunds possible?

Cancel in settings, under "Subscription", in a couple of clicks. Renewal turns off and the days you paid for last until the end of the period. Refunds are available within 14 days.

How can I pay?

By card through the payment provider, or in crypto (USDT on TRON).

Import and data

Can I import trades from Notion?

Yes. You connect your Notion database, the journal guesses which field goes where, and you fix the mapping if your column names are unusual. Trades move over with their fields and screenshots, and your trading system can come from Notion too.

Can I keep Notion and run both in parallel?

Yes. The subscription keeps the journal in sync with your Notion database: trades logged in StatsAI appear there.

Can I export my trades back out?

Yes, export works on every plan, including the free one.

Who can see my trades?

Only you. You can share a single image or a snapshot link, and only when you press the button. Sign-in supports two-factor protection, and public snapshots are closed to search engines.

How it works

How do I log a trade?

Two ways: in the journal on the site, or as a message to the Telegram agent — text or a screenshot. A trade logged from Telegram lands in the same journal.

What does the journal calculate on its own?

Win rate, result in percent, average RR, profit factor, drawdown along the equity curve, plus breakdowns by setup, instrument, session and entry model. Field combinations are analysed separately — for example, which pairing of session and setup takes percent away.

What does the Telegram agent do?

On weekday mornings it sends an economic-calendar digest and warns you half an hour before high-impact news. On Sunday it recaps the week, and on the last day of the month, the month. After a trade it asks what you felt, and after three winners in a row it offers to share the streak. On weekends it stays quiet about news.

What is the trading-system check?

You write your entry rules down as fields, and the journal flags trades that break them. That shows how much of your result comes from trades taken outside your own rules.

The assistant sees my trades — does it send them anywhere?

The assistant answers about your own journal, and every number in its reply is computed by code, not by the model — the model only narrates a finished calculation. That is why it cannot get the figures wrong.

What is backtest mode?

A replay mode on history: candles step forward, and those trades are counted separately so they never mix with real trading in your statistics.
